CUSTOMER CHURN ANALYSIS APPLICATION

This application is intended to give insight on customer churn and analyse historical customer data to find the probability of customer churn along with the main reasons contributing to the churn. Using this analysis, appropriate retention strategies can be developed to retain the customers at the risk of churning.
